While we all have work to complete at home now, I can’t help but think of other areas I have an interest in which I don’t normally have time to focus on during the term. With all the time we have stuck at home, I think this is a great opportunity to pick up new skills and learn something new, without worrying about grades!
Here are some FREE apps and websites you can try out during your time off.
Many Ivy-league Universities (Harvard, Columbia, etc.) are offering a broad range of subjects for free audit! Try out courses in English, Business & Finance, and more! For an extra fee, you can even get a verified certificate. Try out a course which could be completely different from your current degree and add to your CV!

This app is for iPhone and iPad. It provides FREE full courses and handouts for all the subjects you can think of. Sign up for a course, watch lectures, complete assignments and discuss with others stress-free. You could learn how to make an app, take on music theory, economics and so much more.

It’s time to get connected!
Self-isolation requires us to stay away from others, but that doesn’t mean we don’t have lots of options to speak to people online! Learn a new language or brush up your skills. Plus, there are some podcast ideas for you to listen to while you’re busy cleaning the house for the 1000th time!
